2. Radio Scanner features:
- Scan nearby radio frequencies to sneak into other people's channels.
- A User-friendly Interface to start/stop and hold the scanning on the device.
- (If using our radio) Integrated radio names from our radio itself, which also show in the scan results.
- Define minimum and maximum distance to scan frequencies and scan time.

3. Radio Jammer features:
- Jam certain areas to prevent people from communicating through the radio using the radio jammer.
- Add persistent jammed zones that work even after restarts.
- Immunity Item that grants immunity to jamming effects.
- Whitelist certain radio frequencies to be unjammable.
- Set a default radius for the jamming zone.
- Set a duration for the jamming zone to end.
- Smart cool-down handler, whether cool-downs should be global or per player.
- Lock the radio jammer to a specific job or even job type (QBCore & QBOX).
